In the lip department

Here are some of the products from my lip department that I’m using the most on a daily basis. First off I have to say I’m so happy I got the Popcorn lip scrub from Lush, it really does what it’s supposed to do and leaves my lips velvety soft. I don’t lick it off even though it’s edible, I don’t really feel like “eating” my dead skin. Anyway, great product that I would highly recommend! The next product on my list is one that I also discovered recently, the Kiko Smart Lipstick in #900. I love Kiko Cosmetics and just found out there’s one just around the corner to where I live. I was looking for a nude lipstick and this is one is very similar to MAC Hue – for only a fraction of the price (3-4 pounds I think). Next product up is the Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector 01 which is a staple products in my beauty routine. I absolutely love this lip balm, it gives a lovely, natural sheen to the lips and is not too glossy. Next product is one that I also just got recently, the Burt’s Bees Rejuvenating Lip Balm with Acai Berry. I was looking for their lip balm with honey as that’s the one I normally use but as they didn’t have it at Boots I decided to give this one a try. I love the scent and how smooth it is when applied, however I prefer the texture of the Burt’s Bees Honey Lip Balm. Next up is also a lip balm, the Blistex Classic Lip Protector, it’s not my favorite but one that I always keep in one of my bags. My lips recovers really fast if they are dry and I don’t feel the need to put more and more and more on. Last but not least is a product that I love and have started using more and more lately, Chanel Scintillantes Glossimer in Allégorie 347 which was a part of Chanel’s Holiday 2012 collection. This is sheer transparent light sparkle pink lip gloss which looks great on top of lipsticks or alone.

What about you guys? If you take a look in your lip department, which products have you used the most lately? :)

Ahh love your pics. My lip fave is also the Clarins lip perfector, but I also love using the UNE sheer lips balm and Revlon gloss in the nude shade!

    Hello beauty!
I’m very happy with the EOS lip balms right now. They have funny package which is very ergonomic, smell oh so good and do their lip-balm job perfectly!
Sometimes when my lips go through hard times and are awfully dry I apply a tiny amount of coconut or shea butter.
As I’m a little obsessed with Kiehls cosmetics now I can’t wait to try their lip products. Have you tried any of them?

Have a great day in lovely London! <3

Currently I’m using Estelle & Thild’s lipbalm. It’s pretty good. Better than I expected.

I’m completely obsessed with the Caudalie lipbalm at the moment – told myself that I could use it when I finish the other billion lipbalms I have (Nuxe, Korres and Labello are big favourites), but it’s not really working out like that! What is it about lip products that are so addictive?!

Last time i was in london, i picked up the nivea vanilla and macadamia lip butter…it smells amazing but not strong and its so different from anything else…its like a moisturizer for the lips!

    Hei Hanne!

Kan du lage et innlegg om bryllupssminke? Både for brud og gjester? Sesongen er jo rett rundt hjørnet =)

Hi!! I just started reading your bog about 2 weeks ago and
when I was bored I read old posts, so I read your whole blog now
ghehe. :P Yesterday I was in Kiko and I remembered this post, so I
bought the lipstick. I really like it, Hue doesn’t look nice on me
but this really does. :) Lately I’m wearing a lot Angel from MAC
and I also like to use the Rouge Coco Shine lipsticks. My favourite
    now is Avventure.
