One more day in Rio

Yesterday at the airport when I was about to check in, Air France came to me an asked me if I wanted to stay one more day in Rio. My flight was overbooked and they offered me 300 euros to change my flight and have another day with my love, so of course I didn’t say no. They also offered me to stay at a wonderful hotel in front of Copacabana beach. I absolutely love staying at hotels and with this view in additional, I must say I really don’t mind staying one more day in Rio…

Now we are heading up to the rooftop pool, where we’ll spend a few hours  before I’m heading back to the airport, again. Air France promised they would try to upgrade me on today’s flight, so fingers crossed! :)

Hope you’re having a lovely day dolls! Thank you so much for your sweet comments lately, you really make my day! :)

That is so cool, it almost happened to me once, but at the end that person they were waiting to board did not arrive, so i could fly…and i was already imagining myself having 250 euro more in my pocket scrolling down the duty free…and it was just 1 hour difference :P
Fingers crossed for your upgrade on the plane…that would be such a difference on such a long flight :) have a safe and turbulence-free flight!

Thank you so much Rèka! Oh, too bad you didn’t get your 250 euros. They told me too I had to wait to see if everybody arrived, still they told me I would get the money even if I could take the plane so that’s pretty cool! :)

Yes and the funny part is I wanted to change my flight to stay a few days longer, but it was not possible. Seems like Air France read my thoughts! ;)
