The Elegance of the Hedgehog

As I’m going to Rio soon I’m looking for a new book to read on the beach. I’m always bored at the beach if I don’t have anything to read, especially now that I’m not really allowed to tan by my agency.
I’ve almost finished “The Elegance of the Hedgehog” by Muriel Barbery, which is a wonderful book that I’m really loving so far! I don’t want it too end but I’ve heard the ending is fantastic!

I read the other two books this summer and they are great! “The snowman”, by Jo Nesbø is very engaging and captuvating and definitely my favorite book from Jo Nesbø so far (from thosethat I have read).
“The Painter From Shanghai by Jennifer Cody Epstein captured me the moment I started reading. The book  is based on the actual life of Pan Yuliang, a former child prostitute turned celebrated painter, also happens to be one such writer.

Hope you’re having a lovely Sunday so far!

Do you have any books you recommend me to buy before my trip?
