It’s all about the hair

Today I’m finally cutting my hair – which is really about time! I’m just cutting a couple of centimeters though, but I’m so picky when it comes to the choice of hairdressers, that’s why I’ve waited so long. In Sao Paulo I have my favorite hair dresser and friend Marco Antonio that I see almost every week when I’m there, he takes such a good care of my hair! Here in Paris though I haven’t found anyone like him, yet!

Some of my favorite beauty tips when it comes to having a healthy-looking hair, at home, is to put oil all over your hair before going to bed! Yes, it will look really greasy but ones you rinse it out the next morning your hair will be nourished, glowing, stronger and more elastic. It’s great! There’s a lot of oils to choose from and you can even use olive oil if you’re on a budget!

Below are some of my best beauty tips for healthy, beautiful hair..

Vitamin B6 and B12 – it will make your hair stronger and grow faster

Wash your hair in cold water – ┬áRinsing with hot water opens the pores. Cold water will close them and seal in the protein from shampoo and conditioners.

Keep your hands off – Try not brush and touch your hair too much (I’m guilty on this one), apparently it will make your hair look greasy faster.

– Increase blood flow This can be done by daily head massages 5-15mins or any form of exercise which makes your blood pump faster. You can also tip your head upside down for 30 seconds, it sounds a bit weird but it gets the blood to your head to stimulate hair follicules to increase growth.
That’s it for now! Hope you’re having a nice start of the week! I’m almost done with my school assignment and couldn’t be happier!!
