Good morning! Today I’m heading back to Germany, first I’m going to a small city outside Nürnberg for a job then I’m going back to Hamburg on Friday. I wanted to show you my beautiful necklace that my mom gave me for Christmas, I’ve been wearing it a lot lately – I like to keep it close and have a look at it if I feel like needing some motivating words from my mom.

I have a long travel ahead of me today, first I have to fly to Berlin and then from Berlin to Nürnberg, in Nürnberg I have to find my way to the train station where I’ll catch a train to a small city called Weismain, of course the train is not direct and I have to change train in some city. When I arrive I have to find a taxi and get to my hotel. I don’t speak well German so I’m a bit worried how this will go but luckily this is not the first time I travel…. So yeah, being a model is not always that glamourous, haha!

I worked at NEXT for a while and I remember when we would send models overseas, they always had such a hard time in Europe! It’s not like in Asia where the agencies would send someone to go with you to the castings and arrange transportation for the jobs. Did travelling work out for you?

Yes it worked out fine but it was definitely a hassle, in Brazil I always had drivers to pick me up at the airport when I was going away for jobs…
