Hey cupcakes! The last two months I’ve started going more to the gym and I’m loving the changes I’m seeing already! I try to go about 4 times a week and it’s so motivating to see that I can run longer every week! I’ve recently created a Health & Fitness board on Pinterest where I pin work out inspiration, check it out here, maybe it inspires you too.
Going more often to the gym and starting a healthier life is New Years resolution number 1, why not start early this year? :)
