A cup of tea a day

Today I started my day with a huge cup of fresh tea instead of my usual morning coffee. Lately I’ve started drinking more tea and my newest discovery is Newby of London, I love their Green Sencha and Green Lemon teas.

Drinking tea has been linked with lower rates of numerous cancers, as well as heart disease. So the next time you’re having a cup of coffee or soft drink – replace it with a cup of tea instead!

I love tea! I just purchased an advent calendar from my favourite loose leaf teas shop, I can’t wait till December 1st to start drinking them!

I love green tea! My favorite one in the Touareg Tea. I’m not a huge fan of mint but in the tea, I totally like it ;)

Oh oui, du thé!! Avant, je buvais du chocolat, puis du café, et depuis longtemps maintenant je bois du thé le matin … et le midi… le soir, etc… souvent du thé vert en effet :) Souvent aussi je rajoute un petit morceau de cannelle en bâton (“cinamon bark”?) dedans…j’adore!

Connais-tu le thé blanc? J’en ai acheté l’autre jour dans un magasin “bio”. ça ressemble au thé vert, c’est moins fort, mais apparemment c’est très bon aussi pour la santé…

(Je ne connaissais pas cette marque…mais j’essaierai d’en trouver, les paquets sont beaux en tout cas :) )

Et moi, en prenant ma prochaine cup of tea, je penserai à toi sûrement ;)
