Good morning cupcakes! It’s always hard for me to get up in the morning and it usually take some time before my body and brain are fully awake. While surfing on Pinterest last night I found this post from this blog and decided I would give it a try this morning. This is a 10-15 minute morning yoga sequence designed to wake up the body and target all of the places that might need a little extra space and life breathed into them after a night of sleep.
I’ve always loved Yoga and the feeling it gives afterwards. I really like the idea of starting my day by doing these energizing stretches!
