Even though it’s winter season there is no excuse not to protect your skin and eyes against the sun. Our skin is exposed to UVA and UVB radiation all year long – winter months too!
Squinting in the sun can contribute to those ‘crow’s feet’ wrinkles on the side of your eye, so always keep sunglasses with UV protection with you. Those with light-colored eyes have a higher light sensitivity, but brown-eyed beauties should shade their eyes too. My absolute favorite sunscreen (for face) is the Anthelios XL SPF 50 Cream from La Roche-Posay, but a lower SPF (15-25) is generally OK in the winter months. :)
