Coco Chanel Mademoiselle

I thought I’d share with you my obsession with the Coco Chanel Mademoiselle perfume that I’ve been wearing almost every day for the last couple of months. I’m sure it’s one of the best perfumes I have ever bought. The smell is just gorgeous, feminine and fresh, I’ve got a lot of compliments and everyone want to know which perfume I’m wearing. I also love the fact that Chanel is using only natural oils/ingredients in their perfumes.

This is how they (Chanel) describes the Mademoiselle perfume: ‘Sexy, fresh Oriental fragrance recalls the irrepressible spirit of the young Coco Chanel. An elegant, luxurious spray closest in strength and character to the parfum form. Spray lightly on pulse points morning and evening. The classic bottle signifies personal luxury and is a welcome addition to any dressing table.

If there had to be a perfume, where Elegance would be re-incarnated into a bottled-perfume, it is Coco Mademoiselle. It’s a young and sophisticated floral fragrance, much lighter than the other Chanel creations. You just can’t go wrong with a scent this fresh, classy, and lovely. It’s perfect for daytime, and even nighttime if your destination doesn’t call for something stronger or muskier.

The only thing I have against this scent is that it’s become, in my eyes, a victim of its own success. There are a lot of people who wear it (and love it) and it’s very likely you’ll meet people who will associate you with someone in their past who always wore this perfume.

But still, I absolutely love this scent and I’m sure I’ll store it for the rest of my life, that’s how perfect it is!

    Bonsoir !
J’aime aussi beaucoup ce parfum mais je trouve qu’il ne me va pas. Par contre J’ADORE “Hot couture” de Givenchy. !!!

    Bonne soirée :)

Yes unfortunately we all have different body odors and not all perfumes suits everybody, I always get samples before buying perfumes, so that I’m sure they ‘suit’ me before buying :) A perfume can change a lot after only 30 min on the body. I don’t remember how Hot Couture is, but I’ll try it next time I’ll go to Sephora! :)

Thank you so much, I’m happy to hear that you like my blog! :) I can make a post about my daily skin care routine if you want. Most important I cleanse my skin every morning and night and I try not to wear makeup when I’m at home so that my skin can breath. :)

I also quite like it! But my absolute favorites are those from Serge Lutens, I think they are really unique and not so many ppl wear it… :). But you’re true, it really depends on your own body odor (and that can be frustrating sometimes)! ^^
I also would be interested in your daily skincare routine as your skin is perfect! xx
